In completing the application, you agree to the following:

to pay a one-time donation of $100 to the “100 Women Who Care of the North Shore” Endowment Fund to be held with the West Vancouver Foundation.

on an annual basis, make a commitment to quarterly contributions of $100 (payable to the West Vancouver Foundation) for disbursement to charitable organizations, for a total annual donation of $400 per year.

this contribution can either be paid each quarter or for the total amount of $400 for the annual period.

to honour the commitment even if you are not in favour of the charity chosen.

to ensure that your contribution is received by 100 Women Who Care of the North Shore by the meeting date if you are unable to attend.
